American Hairless Terrier books

There is currently no book available specifically about the American Hairless Terrier, but the following books do have information and photos of the AHT. 	Book of the Breed - The Complete Chinese Crested by Brenda Jones Ringpress Books, 2000 160 pages with b/w photos written by a UK breeder and founding member of the Chinese Crested Club of Great Britain has a separate chapter about the American Hairless Terrier and Xoloitzcuintli
	Canine Lexicon by Andrew De Prisco & James B. Johnson TFH Publications, 1993 dog dictionary with 896 pages in color covers all breeds and just about everything about dogs including basic medical info
	A Celebration of Rare Breeds - Vol 1 by Cathy J. Flamholtz OTR Publications, 1986 AHT is featured in the volume 1 (red cover) Vol 1 has 214 pages with b/w photos each breed has its own chapter
	Hairless Dogs - The Naked Truth by Amy Fernandez & Kelly Rhae, 1999 276 pages an encyclopedia on hairless dogs a wealth of information and wonderful color and b/w photos of all hairless breeds also a few other hairless animals
	Mini-Atlas of Dog Breeds by Andrew De Prisco & James B. Johnson TFH Publications, 1990 small compact book with 573 glossy pages with color photos over 500 breeds from around the world includes breed portrait, development, recognition and character
	The New Encyclopedia of the Dog by Bruce Fogle, DVM Dorling Kindersley Publishing, 2000 AHT in this or later edition only 416 pages beautiful color photos of a chocolate and white (brown/pink) AHT whose the head profile looks just like my Sweet Lucy's, same color too :o)
	Ratter Chatter compiled by Anne Blair AJ Enterprises, 1999 140 pages Rat Terrier letters and stories from RT owners only a few AHT letters 3 color photos of AHTs, but unfortunately all are blurred in my copy

	Your Purebred Puppy - A Buyer's Guide by Michele Welton, Owlbooks, 2nd ed. 2000 2nd ed. has 319 pages and covers 300 breeds 1st edition from 1990 by Michele Lowell, Henry Holt & Company, also includes the AHT a good book for the price, has lots of advice for those planning to get their first dog also lets you compare the hairless breeds of American Hairless Terrier, Chinese Crested, and Xoloitzcuintli
